At Salon Suites, we decorate all of the common areas in an eloquent New Orleans themed French Quarter look while at the same time allowing you, the individual suite holder, the freedom to decorate your salon suite however you choose. We simply provide full service property maintenance and management and allow you to be “the boss in your own salon” so that you can keep more of the money that you earn!

Our goal at Salon Suites Chattanooga is to make salon ownership easy & affordable. The process simply requires that each interested individual (or current salon owner) fill out an application and submit it to us. Once we receive and approve the application, there are six easy steps that will take you from being a beauty professional to becoming a successful salon entrepreneur!

Step One: Submit a $250 Deposit which is required to pick your specific suite.
Step Two: Complete our simple Suite Rental Agreement which is a one-year lease that can be terminated with eight weeks’ notice.
Step Three: Complete our ACH authorization agreement as suite rents are collected using auto bank draft.
Step Four: Obtain a Shop Licence from the State Board which we help you do.
Step Five: Obtain insurance that includes professional liability coverage as well as business personal property coverage all for only $270 a year through the Association of Hair Professionals.
Step Six: Obtain a City & County Business License

Salon Suites Chattanooga is a part of Salon Suites International out of Murfreesboro, Tennessee which is owned by brothers Mike and Doug Patrick. The Patrick brothers started Salon Suites International in 2001 making them one of the country’s first companies to specialize in providing the beauty industry with these “own your own salon business” suites, and in fact, SSI operated for more that 5 years before the very first franchise suites were created.

And now, after 18 years in the industry, Mike and Doug Patrick have started their new company, “Amardon Concept Salons” that will specialize in creating the same concept that we are bringing to Chattanooga, to other major Metropolitan cities around the country. And Amardon, which spells “No Drama” backwards perfectly sums up our philosophy of how salon ownership for Chattanooga beauty professionals ought to be! And finally, Mike and Doug are also Christian businessmen who believe in the need to have a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and because of that, they continually pray for God’s blessings over all of the Suite Holders at their individual Salon Suites properties.
